1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following successful identity verification.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the jilli333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

jilli333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

Account registration and use of the jilli333 Platform is free of charge. jilli333 does not charge a fee for creating or maintaining an Account, though standard transaction fees from payment providers (such as GCash or bank transfer fees) may apply to deposits and withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jilli333 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (issued by Philippine banks)

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your jilli333 Wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, typically within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. jilli333 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Only Real Money Funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

jilli333 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Wallet if verification requirements are not met within the specified period. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jilli333 Account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilli333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jilli333 promotions unless otherwise stated:

6. Gameplay Rules

• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account;

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

jilli333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jilli333's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

jilli333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Closure of the Platform or cessation of operations in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, jilli333 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any required verification and investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting jilli333 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jilli333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilli333 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
